      • Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label.  
      • Enter your email address and order number to sign in.
      • Go to your order history.
      • Select the order and items you want to return or exchange.
      • Complete the 4 quick steps to request the return, and click submit.
      • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email update with shipping guidelines.

      What items are eligible for return?

      • You may return items within 30 days of purchase.

      What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

      • Any items worn, washed, or altered in any way may not be returned. Items in this condition will not be accepted. 
      • Final sale items.
      • Gift cards. 

      Damage, loss, or theft issues?

      • If your item(s) are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
      • If your item(s) are potentially lost or stolen, please collect supportive evidence and contact us.

      Refund options

      • Refund to original payment method.
      • Refund to store credit. 

      How soon will I receive my refund?

      • After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
      • It can take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
      • Refunds to the store credit are immediate.
      • If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
